Eating 3–5 dates on an empty stomach in the morning is beneficial for your body.

Dates if consumed on an empty stomach can have lot of health benefits. Dates contain valuable nutrients that help perform several bodily functions. But, it varies with an individual’s physical ability and his or her dieting regime practices.
Quantity that you can afford to eat on date with empty stomach differs from one person to another and most importantly depends with the nutritional requirement and health status of an individual. In moderation one should consume between Three to seven dates daily. Dates are rich in natural sugars, fiber, vitamins and minerals that help one to have energy and be plus on digestion. However, due to the high levels of natural sugars, their intake should be limited as they can raise blood sugar levels where they are present such as diabetes.
It is probably more beneficial to start the day with 3 to five dates, as a quick breakfast for most people. While introducing it into the process for the first time it is recommended that a number of 2–3 dates be given. Taking enough water after eating they help in digestion.
