Ingredients:
- 6–7 eggs
- 1 large red onion
- 4 roma tomatoes
- 5 cloves garlic
- 1 tbsp ginger
- 5 green chillies
- 2 cups water
- 4 tbsp neutral oil
Spices:
- 1 stick cinnamon
- 1 bay leaf
- 2 green cardamom pods
- 1 black cardamom pod
- 2 tbsp kashmiri red chilli powder (or any other red chili powder)
- 2 tsp turmeric
- 2 tsp cumin
- 2 tsp coriander powder
- 2 tbsp garam masala
