I know many people are aware that eggs are incredibly healthy. Are you aware that an egg is a complete protein source? Egg contains all nine amino acids. You may only be familiar with frying or boiling eggs, but in this article, I will show you how to make a delicious egg curry. Get ready to extend your egg-cooking repertoire!

Ingredients:

  • 6–7 eggs
  • 1 large red onion
  • 4 roma tomatoes
  • 5 cloves garlic
  • 1 tbsp ginger
  • 5 green chillies
  • 2 cups water
  • 4 tbsp neutral oil

Spices:

  • 1 stick cinnamon
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 2 green cardamom pods
  • 1 black cardamom pod
  • 2 tbsp kashmiri red chilli powder (or any other red chili powder)
  • 2 tsp turmeric
  • 2 tsp cumin
  • 2 tsp coriander powder
  • 2 tbsp garam masala
