Towards “Why” Factor
Do you know why are some people and organizations more innovative, pioneering, and consistently successful than others?

Have you ever pondered on why some persons and companies rise to the top most often while others lag far behind even as they try to progress higher? It’s easy to focus on what they achieve — the groundbreaking products, powerful movements, and innovative ideas — but there’s a deeper question that reveals the real reason behind their success: “why?”
Some of the most recognizable personalities like Steve Jobs, the Wright brothers or Martin Luther King Jr. did not define success in terms of what they did. Rather, they started with an aim: another word for the business’s primary rationale for all actions taken. When you lead with a purpose, then you are laying the groundwork for something that is far bigger and better than accomplishments.
I want to be a successful entrepreneur since 2020.Did you know which business i’ve started? Its water-hyacinth business. I have the idea and innovative business plan for the achievement of the proposed goal. But there seems to be something lackings in me, or may be something as important as the source of my project. Why does i need this idea to materialize?
